Geoff Teall Clinic

August 18-19, 2018

The clinic includes a 2 hour session each day.

The following sessions will be held each day: 

3'3"+ (from 8:00-10:00 am)

3' (from 10:30-12:30 pm)

2'6" (from 1:30-3:30 pm)

Clinic fee is $500 per horse/rider plus one helper. Includes refreshments and lunch both days. 


$100 for auditors for the entire weekend or $50 per day.


Space is limited and guaranteed with a first-come, first-served 50% deposit of clinic fee.

Weekend stalls available upon request for additional fee ($125, includes bedding). 

About Geoff Teall

Geoff Teall, head trainer and owner of Montoga, Inc. has been involved in the horse industry for over 40 years. He has trained hunter champions and reserve champions at shows such as Lake Placid, South Hampton, Winter Equestrian Festival, Capital Challenge, Devon, Harrisburg, Washington, and the National Horse Show. He has also trained equitation champions and reserves at all major championships including the USEF Medal Finals, USEF Talent Search Finals, USEF Pony Medal Finals, THIS Children’s Medal Finals, Ariat Adult Medal Finals and several different ASPCA Regional Finals. He has trained several jumper riders from the start of their jumper careers to their first Grand Prix wins.

Geoff holds his "R" Hunter and Hunter Equitation license. He has judged most major hunter shows including the Winter Equestrian Festival, Washington International Horse Show and the National Horse Show. In the equitation division he has judged the USEF Pessoa Medal Finals, many ASPCA Regional Finals, the Royal Winter Fair, WIHS Equitation Finals, USEF Pony Medal Finals and the New England Medal Finals.

Very involved in the governance of our sport Geoff currently serves on the Board of Directors of the USHJA as National Vice President as well as the BOD of the USHJA Foundation and the USHJA Executive Committee. In addition he serves as Chairman of the USEF National Hunter Committee and the USHJA Joint Equitation Task Force. He is Vice Chair of the USHJA Officials Education Committee also sits on the USHJA Hunter Working Group, the USHJA Rules Committee, the USEF Drugs and Medications Committee and the Horse Welfare Initiative Task Force.
